This study was motivated by the importance of work readiness among vocational high school students, which is determined not only by technical competence but also by character, work attitudes, religious habituation, and discipline. This study aimed to analyze the relationships between religious habituation and discipline and students’ work readiness at SMK Negeri 1 Slahung Ponorogo, both partially and simultaneously. The study employed a quantitative approach using field research with an associative-correlational design. The population consisted of 483 students at SMK Negeri 1 Slahung Ponorogo, while the sample comprised 84 students determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% error margin and selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected through observation to measure religious habituation, documentation to assess student discipline, and a Likert-scale questionnaire to measure work readiness. Data were analyzed using SPSS through validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistics, normality and linearity tests, Pearson Product Moment correlation, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, and the F-test. The results showed that religious habituation had a positive and significant relationship with work readiness, with a correlation coefficient of 0.670 (p=0.000), while discipline had a positive, very strong, and significant relationship with work readiness, with a correlation coefficient of 0.885 (p=0.000). Simultaneously, religious habituation and discipline demonstrated a very strong and significant relationship with work readiness, indicated by R=0.897 and R²=0.804. Thus, religious habituation and discipline are important aspects in supporting the development of work readiness among vocational high school students.
