The advancement of digital technology presents both opportunities and challenges for shaping the religious character of students, necessitating an integration of digital literacy, a religious school culture, and the strategic role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers. This study aims to describe the implementation of digital literacy, religious culture, and the role of PAI teachers in shaping students' religious character, as well as the factors supporting and hindering this integration at SMP Negeri 3 Slahung. The study employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were gathered from the principal, vice-principal, PAI teachers, and students through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants were selected purposively based on their involvement and relevance to the research focus. Data validity was verified through source and technique triangulation, while data analysis utilized an interactive model comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that digital literacy and religious culture have been integrated through the use of digital media in instruction and the cultivation of religious habits—such as morning Quran recitation, communal prayers, congregational prayers, Quran memorization, Friday charity, and the "5S" culture (Greetings, Smiles, Politeness, Courtesy, and Sincerity). PAI teachers serve as educators, mentors, role models, facilitators, motivators, evaluators, and drivers of religious culture. Supporting factors include school commitment, teacher competence, facilities and infrastructure, a conducive culture, and parental support; conversely, obstacles include disparities in digital literacy skills, the influence of social media, limited parental guidance, internet connectivity issues, and peer environments.
