ABSTRAK Rachmat. 2026. “Implementasi Shalat Wajib Berjamaah dalam Meningkatkan Disiplin dan Kinerja Personel TNI AU Pada Dinas Logistik Lanud Iswahjudi Magetan.” Tesis. Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Agama Islam. Pascasarjana. Institut Agama Islam Sunan Giri (INSURI) Ponorogo. Pembimbing I: Dr. Zainul Arifin, M.SI. Pembimbing II: Dr. Samsudin, M.Pd. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1). Mengetahui mekanisme implementasi shalat wajib berjamaah di Dinas Logistik Lanud Iswahjudi Magetan, 2). Mengetahui hambatan serta solusi implementasi shalat wajib berjamaah di Dinas Logistik Lanud Iswahjudi Magetan, 3). Mengetahui capaian hasil implementasi shalat wajib berjamaah terhadap disiplin serta kinerja personel di Dinas Logistik Lanud Iswahjudi. Sebagai satuan pengelola alutsista strategis, Dinas Logistik menuntut akurasi zero error dan integritas tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dan sumber data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap informan kunci (Danlanud, Kadislog, Kasi Bintal, serta personel lintas pangkat), observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Model Interaktif (Miles & Huberman). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1). Bahwa shalat berjamaah telah bertransformasi menjadi instrumen “Spiritualitas Komando” yang menyelaraskan loyalitas ritual dengan loyalitas organisasional. 2). Hambatan operasional berupa beban kerja yang tinggi diatasi melalui strategi ketangkasan batin (agile spirituality) dengan sistem penugasan bergilir (shift coordination). 3). Capaian akhir penelitian menunjukkan terbentuknya kesalehan organisasional (organizational piety), di mana kesadaran muraqabah (pengawasan Ilahiyah) terbukti meningkatkan ketelitian laporan logistik, menurunkan angka pelanggaran disiplin, dan memperkuat soliditas tim melalui interaksi egaliter di masjid. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa religiusitas merupakan katalisator utama profesionalisme militer modern. Kata Kunci: Shalat Berjamaah, Disiplin, Kinerja Personel, Logistik Militer, TNI AU. This study aims to: 1) determine the implementation mechanism of mandatory congregational prayers at the Logistics Department of Lanud Iswahjudi Magetan, 2) identify the obstacles and solutions in implementing these mandatory congregational prayers, and 3) evaluate the achievements and impacts of this implementation on the discipline and performance of the personnel. As a unit responsible for managing strategic defense equipment (alutsista), the Logistics Department demands zero-error accuracy and high integrity. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were gathered through participatory observation, documentary studies, and in-depth interviews with key informants, spanning the Air Force Base Commander (Danlanud), the Head of the Logistics Department (Kadislog), the Head of the Mental Spiritual Guidance Section (Kasi Bintal), and personnel across various military ranks. Finally, the collected data were analyzed using the Interactive Model of Miles and Huberman to ensure a rigorous and systematic conclusion. The results indicate: 1). That congregational prayer has transformed into an instrument of command spirituality, aligning ritual loyalty with organizational loyalty. 2). Operational obstacles, such as high workloads, are addressed through an agile apirituality strategy using shift coordination systems. 3). The final research findings show the formation of organizational piety, where the awareness of muraqabah (divine supervision) is proven to increase the accuracy of logistics reports, reduce disciplinary violations, and strengthen team solidarity through egalitarian interactions in the mosque. This study concludes that religiosity is a primary catalyst for modern military professionalism.
